Posted April 2017 – Acrobat Marketing Solutions are seeking:

 Ambitious Midweight Designer to join their busy studio on a full time basis

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Midweight Designer to join a successful ‘Fast Track 100’ company, working alongside the print, production and marketing team to deliver high end creative work (Leaflets, Packaging, Internal Comms, Digital Design, Prospectuses, Direct Mail pieces, etc.).

Ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a real passion for intelligent design and flexible in their approach. You’ll work to a brief agreed with the client, creative director or marketing manager and will develop creative ideas and concepts. The work demands creative flair, up-to-date knowledge of industry software and a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.

Responsibilities

You may need to manage more than one design brief at a time and typical activities include:

  • estimating the time required to complete the work
  • developing sales messaging & concepts for new products and services
  • developing design briefs that suit the client’s purpose
  • thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts and developing interactive design
  • presenting final ideas and concepts to clients marketing manager
  • working with a range of media, and keeping up to date with emerging technologies
  • proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work
  • demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches and working on layouts ready for print
  • to bring fresh ideas and approaches by combining cultural awareness with an enquiring mind
  • working as part of a team with Creative Director
  • any other duties as reasonable requested

Experience required;

* Mac Literate

* 4 years’ experience minimum (ideally within a design agency background)

* Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop essential)

* Additional digital skills (e.g. After Effects, Final Cut, Flash, Dreamweaver) would be an asset but not essential.

*Traditional typography and print skills

* Press Ready artwork setup

Posted 11th January 2017 – Energy Sales BDM  – B2B  (Temporary to Perm Role)
Middleton

Background
Acrobat are experts in finding and funding carbon and energy saving schemes for energy companies to help meet their Energy Company Obligation (ECO). We are able to assist homes to claim their funding entitlement and this is achieved by building a rapport with potential installers promoting our funding packages in line with the ECO Scheme. To help us achieve Acrobat’s ambitions we are seeking an Energy Sales BDM. This is a temporary role with the view to becoming permanent for the right person.

Focus
We have an excellent opportunity for somebody to work within an upbeat and friendly company whereby they will be creating rapport with our existing installer network in addition to recruiting new installers to work with us through outbound dialling.

This is a sales B2B Business Development role with the emphasis on growing our existing network of installers and promoting our current offers to this very competitive marketplace.

Responsibilities
• Make calls from leads already established and cold calling
• The successful candidate will be working to a script and will pass the lead over once interest has been confirmed.
• You will be establishing credibility of the brand.
• You will need to follow a CRM system correctly.
• Using targeted data.
• You will be working toward guidelines and KPI’s

Knowledge / Skills / Qualifications
• The successful applicant MUST have experience of a telephone based role.
• Must have experience of working in ECO or as a DEA
• Have an excellent telephone manner
• Full training is given
• You will be a great communicator, articulate, outgoing and able to build an instant rapport
• Good I.T skills including Microsoft Office
• Excellent written English skills
• Be able to work unsupervised and also as part of a team
• Able to work to targets

Hours: Monday- Friday,37.5 hours per week, 9.00-5.00 p.m.

Background

We are able to assist homes to claim their funding entitlement and this is achieved by building a rapport with potential customers in their homes and promoting energy efficiency packages in line with the ECO Programme. To help us achieve Acrobat’s ambitions we are seeking Energy Services Advisors. This is a temporary role with the view to becoming permanent for the right person.

Focus
We have an excellent opportunity for somebody to work within an upbeat and friendly company whereby they will be creating rapport with vulnerable groups to see if they meet the benefit criteria for heating and insulation. Although you will be cold calling from a database, it will be a follow up call to literature previously sent out to them. This is not a hard sell role and you will be helping customers by offering them free energy products and reviewing whether they are eligible.

Responsibilities
• Make calls from leads already established via previous marketing and therefore you will be following up with a call.
• The successful candidate will be working to a script and will pass the lead over once benefit eligibility has been confirmed.
• You will be establishing credibility of the brand.
• You will need to follow a CRM system correctly.
• Using targeted data.
