Data and Compliance Administrator

Acrobat, based in Middleton, are an award-winning Company, finding and funding carbon and energy saving schemes for energy companies to help meet their Energy Company Obligation (ECO). To help us achieve Acrobat’s ambitions we are seeking a Data and Compliance Administrator to join our operations team on a permanent basis.

The Role

Responsible for ensuring measures from our installer network are uploaded, submitted in a work ready order, and compliant to he standards of our funders. Also responsible for ensuring all information is accurate and robust.

•Liaise with installers regarding measure paperwork and submitted files, and resolve queries via telephone, email or share file
•Prepare and up load all relevant data in a work ready format
•Ensure all our data and records are maintained to exceptional quality on Access, excel and SFTP
•Manage the ECO email account ensuring all work within it is actioned within agreed timescales
•Prepare appropriate reports to submit measure to the relevant funders
•Work with data services to ensure submissions updates are loaded correctly and promptly
•Track and monitor all submissions to each funder to ensure any errors are rectified within SLA, progressing measures to the accepted stage
•Work towards deadlines ensuring all paperwork is submitted within the allotted timescales

Knowledge / Skills / Qualifications
•Excellent data entry skills with a keen attention to detail
•Flexible in approach – ‘Can do’ attitude
•Target & timeline driven
•The ability to follow a process from start to finish – with keen attention to detail
•Ability to work quickly and efficiently
•Experience of using MS Office applications, Access, Excel, and SFTP (Desirable)
•Strong communication skills
•Compliance knowledge is desirable
•5 GCSE’s including Maths and English or equivalent
•Familiarity with the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) is preferable but training will be given

Data Input Administrator

To help us achieve Acrobat’s ambitions we are seeking a data inputter to join our operations team on a permanent basis.

The Role

You will be responsible for inputting information on company Access system and assisting in the development of reports, updates, and other documents.

Main responsibilities:
•Entering customer and installer information onto programmes such as Excel, Access etc.
•Update and maintain customer and installer details on Company systems
•Ensure all our data and records are of exceptional quality
•Prepare reports or documents as requested.
•Work towards deadlines ensuring all tasks and duties are completed within the allotted timescales

Knowledge / Skills / Qualifications
•Excellent data entry skills with a keen attention to detail
•Ability to transfer information from one platform to another within deadlines whilst still maintaining a high level of accuracy
•Target & timeline driven
•The ability to follow a process from start to finish under strict parameters
•Ability to work quickly and efficiently
•The ability to follow a process from start to finish.
•Able to work to targets.
•Experience with Access, Excel, Outlook and SFTP (Desirable)

Energy Services Advisor 

Background
Acrobat are experts in finding and funding carbon and energy saving schemes for energy companies to help meet their Energy Company Obligation (ECO). We are able to assist homes to claim their funding entitlement and this is achieved by building a rapport with potential customers in their homes and promoting energy efficiency packages in line with the ECO Programme. To help us achieve Acrobat’s ambitions we are seeking Energy Services Advisors. This is a temporary role with the view to becoming permanent for the right person.

Focus
We have an excellent opportunity for somebody to work within an upbeat and friendly company whereby they will be creating rapport with vulnerable groups to see if they meet the benefit criteria for heating and insulation. Although you will be cold calling from a database, it will be a follow up call to literature previously sent out to them. This is not a hard sell role and you will be helping customers by offering them free energy products and reviewing whether they are eligible.

Responsibilities
• Make calls from leads already established via previous marketing and therefore you will be following up with a call.
• The successful candidate will be working to a script and will pass the lead over once benefit eligibility has been confirmed.
• You will be establishing credibility of the brand.
• You will need to follow a CRM system correctly.
• Using targeted data.
• You will be working toward guidelines and KPI’s

Knowledge / Skills / Qualifications
• The successful applicant MUST have experience of a telephone based role.
• Have an excellent telephone manner.
• Full  training is given
• You will be a great communicator, articulate, outgoing and able to build an instant rapport
• Good I.T skills including Microsoft Office.
• Be able to work unsupervised and also as part of a team
• Able to work to targets

Hours: Monday- Friday, 37.5 hours per week, 11.00-7.00 p.m.

Salary: £8.00 per hour + bonus incentive
