We understand what they want and we act as a facilitator, taking responsibility for the dialogue and ensuring everyone gets paid – and stays paid – while you get on with the job you’re good at.
We only work with installers who share our ethic of completing work that is fully compliant. Our on-boarding is comprehensive, as is our checking and compliance. But that is your assurance that we’re taking this seriously. We conduct all the checks and take charge of the paperwork so there are no nasty surprises further down the line. When we accept a request for funding, our installers know that they will get paid.
In Eco 1 Acrobat had net rejections of 0.03%. Our installer network got paid for 100% of their work. We covered the 0.03%. That’s how serious we are!

We don’t back-to-back many of the energy company requirements either. No retentions. No cost to replace clauses. No paid when paid. We also don’t get involved with 3rd party factoring, early payment charges nor do we insist on you using submission portals or software and charging you for it. You do things your way, and we’ll work with you. We offer flexible, attractive payment terms where we’ll even supply the materials if that works better for you. Simple.
Every installer is aware that sometimes a job doesn’t end when it’s been paid. Nightmare scenarios abound where installers have been put out of business by work which is later withdrawn or rejected by Ofgem, and the energy companies start demanding their money back.
With Acrobat, installers have the peace of mind of knowing that our excellent relationships, knowledge, expertise and good name means that if we give them the paperwork, then the job will pass all the checks. We’re putting our trust in the installers to deliver the job as much as they are trusting us to ensure they get paid. This approach of partnership and transparency results in a win:win for everyone.
