Kevin Griffin Managing Director

Kevin is the founder of Acrobat after selling his previous company to an FTSE200 Eaga plc. His creative vision and corporate sales expertise has given Acrobat the flexibility to adapt and flourish as the marketplace evolves.

Dave Hughes Production Director

Dave has worked in a print environment since leaving college at 18. He has worked with Kevin Griffin at previous employers and helped to set up the Direct Mail offering which grew rapidly and dealt with well known blue chip companies such as Powergen and Eaga. Dave added Print and Direct Mail to the Acrobat model in April 2011. Dave also took up the mantle of Head of Facilities managing all the health and safety within Acrobat.

Sahkel Hussain Finance Director

Sahkel has over 18 years in senior financial positions and is an associate of chartered management accountants. He was a key influencer over 2 acquisitions circa £10m and has managed turnovers in excess of £25m.

Clare Abbott Head of Internal Sales and Delivery

Clare joined Acrobat back in 2010 from Eaga plc and after 3 years away, rejoined in January of 2016. She has over 24 years experience in customer retention, account management, sales and marketing. She has a wealth of experience in ensuring client relationships are on track, originating from a highly creative background.

Amy Griffin ECO Delivery Manager

Amy is one of our longest serving employees having joined Acrobat back in 2011. She has grown and evolved with the business and is a true ‘Acrobat’ at heart. Her outgoing personality and fantastic client service has seen her move from an initial role as receptionist to the Sales team where she is going from strength to strength.

John Walters ECO Delivery Manager

John joined Acrobat after 7 years working for an insulation installer.  He is a qualified DEA & GDA with experience in sales management and lead generation.   His industry experience will help to further develop our growing installer network.

Dave Pearson Head of ECO

Dave has over 20 years experience working for npower before joining Acrobat in 2013. Fuel poverty and energy efficiency are a passion and he is fully qualified in this area. He also has extensive experience in ECO, CERT and CESP alongside a proven track record delivering energy efficiency schemes.

Andy Clixby Technical Manager

Andy joined Acrobat in 2013 and has over 25 years of technical experience gained from both the insulation and heating industries.
He has worked on many of the funding schemes in that time from  HEES, ESOP, EEC, Warmfront, CERT, CESP as well as ECO and has relationships with LAs, SHPs, HAs, Main contractors, builders, manufacturers and system designers.

Pat joined Acrobat in 2013 from an insulation installing background. Her knowledge of this industry and processes gives her a unique insight into the challenges that our installers face. Pat and her team are always on hand to advise and guide installers through the paperwork and submissions with a friendly and open approach.

Karen Bailey Data Services

20 years’ experience as a Data Manager and Application Developer working in both the praivate and public sector on a diverse range of projects. Previously setup a new data department for Eaga offering secure data processing for the business critical BBC Digital Switchover Help Scheme. This was a 5 year project finishing in 2012. She is hands on to develop technical specifications and will lead on solution development and implementation of systems, ensuring that our CRM systems and applications meet the required expectations in line with compliance (i.e. Data Protection).
